We normally despatch orders using second class post or a 2-3 day courier service depending on the size and weight of your order. If you require first class delivery, please contact us before checkout.
We do not offer a back order service as such all items will be dispatched together. If for any reason we are splitting your order into two or more packages we will inform you at time of dispatch.
We always try to keep our postage and packing costs to the best value for money we can whilst maintaining an efficient service for our customers. To enable us to do this, we use a weight system to calculate the costs for posting all our stock.
We are able to flat-pack some lines, such as foliage, horsehair and certain scatters, which automatically reduces the Royal Mail costs of posting such items. However, for multiple orders and bulkier items, we also use a courier service.
Our website will automatically calculate the cost of postage and packing of your order when you reach the checkout stage.
We are happy to accept orders from non-uk addresses. There are some items we sell that we are unable to send outside the UK due to customs and postal regulations. Our system should calculate the correct postage to most destinations worldwide.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt
Items that are faulty will be refunded or replaced subject to availability
We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item needing to be returned
We will accept returns of any other item if returned within 14 days in original condition for refund (return postage is at customers expense).
